In September Jill and Dan agreed to do a Rock the Dress Session. It was such a fun evening and I loved the opportunity to work with this beautiful couple!
We wanted to use this session to explain our style of photography during a wedding. This is a question that comes up very often!
As photographers it is our job to capture the wedding for our clients. Chris and I try and capture the day as it is so that once you receive your photos it tells a story of your day and you as a couple. Keeping things as natural as possible is the way we roll!
Creating moments a big thing during our formal session. We know touch is the perfect way to get a genuine response from couples. Have people reach out for a hand will create a moment where one person may smile, laugh or maybe the groom will even kiss her hand! Its always a surprise!
At the end of the day we try and make the time we have with our clients fun and natural. We love the opportunity we are given to work with so many amazing couples. Thank you to our wonderful clients and to all our fans!!
1. During the Formals with the Bride and Groom we like to keep you moving whether its walking or running (depending on shoes). When we have our couples walk we usually throw out suggestions like hold hands! This will create a natural moment between you and your now husband. You may laugh, he may kiss your hand, etc.
